Some random things I've learned in May...

1. If you put out some cracked corn, peanuts, and sunflower seeds, be prepared for an INFESTATION of squirrels.

2. If you wait long enough, your favorite DVD will go on sale at Target.

3. If you ask God to provide, don't be surprised when He does! He always takes care of us!

4. Blue Jays are scaredy-birds. (I was going to scaredy-cats but that seemed not right...)

5. Burt's Bees coconut foot lotion is my favorite.

6. Sometimes you've just got to laugh yourself silly.

7. It's best to flush all spiders.

8. God wants our undivided attention.

9. If you don't watch the Weather Channel every morning, you can still FUNCTION!

10. My Saturn has a timing chain...and it's not good when that snaps.

11. Family matters the most.

12. Friends are truly a balm to our souls.

13. It's okay to be scared.

14. If you put your cell phone on silence, you WILL misplace it.

15. It's a good thing to gather with friends at Starbucks and sit on the patio...and play CLUE.

16. If you carry a song in your heart all week, God will surprise you by having it in the bulletin Sunday morning.


17. Reading Pride and Prejudice for the second time is good for you!!!!
