Adding the plain Greek yogurt...
I am sad to report that plain Greek yogurt tastes exactly like sour cream. Infact if I were to be blind-folded, I do believe I would not be able to tell them apart. Who would've thunk? I guess the mystery is solved -- plain Greek yogurt replace sour cream...or vice-versa, I suppose.
