Angie: "Engineering, this is Angie."
Caller (very deep voiced) proceeds to complain about sewer...complains about construction...complains, complains, complains
Angie: "I understand your frustration. What is your name, Sir?"
Caller: BEVERLY
Angie: (trying not to laugh outloud) "I am sorry, Bev."
