Quote of the evening

Jackson, age 4:  "Funny Angie, may we watch Incredibles tonight?  Please!"

Angie, age NOT 4:  "Jackson, I love your good manners.  Certainly we can watch that."

After 2 minutes of trying to get the DVD player and the TV to work together, Angie says, "Jackson, I cannot figure this out.  Every time I come over, I cannot remember..."

Jackson:  "Red goes with red.  Yellow with yellow."  He, then proceeds to take this plug-in contraption and inserts the red prongy-thing into the hole marked red and the same with the yellow end. 

Angie:  "Wow -- that's great, Jackson!"

Jackson:  "I am a genius!!!" 

And quite modest too...  (Insert laughter!)
