High temperature tomorrow: 9 degrees

Look - I am going to be honest.  I have no shame when it comes to staying warm in the winter.  I will wear a hat (who cares about hat hair when it's sooo cold that your eyes freeze open?), a scarf, mittens, a heavy coat, and snow boots. 

I had an epiphany regarding staying warm -- Tonight, for example, it's going to be cold when I go out to Wednesday night Bible study -- I am going to wear a long denim skirt with leggings underneath which will remain hidden by my tall, brown faux fur boots!!!!  I'm totally blogging about this sooo that next winter, when I go back through and re-read my winter posts, I will be reminded of this wonderful idea!
