Yes, this is the one thousand eight hundred seventy third Fun Fact about Angie. How did I come up with that absurd number? Well, my blog counts the number of posts I've made...and this post -- this actual post you are currently reading -- it is the 1,873 post. My blog also tracks how many page views I have each day...it doesn't give me specifics...just the number of posts viewed and how many views are from each country. I have some faithful blog-stalkers in Russia -- shouts out to you guys or gals!!! :)
I like to check my blog stats each week...just to see which countries are stopping by to read the thoughts of the girl with curly hair. Which by the way -- it was seriously curly today. I'm liking the whole every-other-day curly thing. My hair stylist was right -- if I straighten it every-other-day, it kind of messes with my curls on the "off" days and they aren't soo crazy and curly-curly.
I totally just forgot where I was going with this post and then I glanced down and saw that my camera is plugged in...
The 1,873 Fun Fact about Angie is...
Pink headbands with huge faux flowers that are clearanced sooo cheap that I couldn't make it if I tried really do make me smile and dig for loose change in the bottom of my purse. And if you are wondering, YES -- there was enough loose change to purchase the above pictured headband. Perhaps now would be a good time to go and clean out said purse...(sigh)...
Today I actually wore the headband that started my accessory (well, atleast my HEADBAND) revolution. A wide black headband from the Dollar Spot at Target. Seriously. I think I purchased that headband 3 years ago...wow...3 years of headband wearing. I remember purchasing it with Rhonda. We were both hesitant. Are you shocked? Have I rendered you speechless with my declaration that I (we) hesitated over a headband purchase especially when said headband was a dollar? I remember asking her, "Should we buy these? I mean, they are only a dollar. If we don't like them, some lucky gal can snag it from the Goodwill when we donate it." Since those words left my lips, many a-headband has found its way into my life... This brings me to an interesting question...and I need your help, Blog Stalkers...
Soooo let's say I have quite a few headbands, you know -- hypothetically...or realistically. :) What is a good way to store them? I know at the stores they have pillars and they line them up vertically. Currently, mine are in a basket...or two :)...and the headbands with flowers are perched precariously on the top of my shelf with a lip...
Any suggestions for my headband storage conundrum?
