Confession



I cry when I hear the National Anthem during the Olympic games...and on Memorial Day and the 4th of July....and at baseball games.  I think about Francis Scott Key penning those words and what they must've meant to him.  


I, also, enjoy hearing O Canada.  Not that I know any of the words other than "O Canada, my home and native land..." but I like to think of Canada as our neighbors...therefore smiling when they win a gold is not anti-USA.  It's loving my neighbor as the Bible clearly commands.  :)
