From the book: Resolutions for Women by Priscilla Shirer
"Trying to do what someone else has been commissioned to do will not honor God, no matter how well we try to do it. At best we'll be imposters, emotionally deflated and physically exhausted from trying to live someone else's life. But when we consecrate and commit our gifts to Him in this current phase of life, we'll see that He will empower us to use them in a way that will yield honor and glory to Himself." ~ p. 75
