I love coffee.
I'm the kind of girl that drinks a mug of coffee in the morning before skipping out the door to work.
When I get to work, I fill my mug. Usually I consume 1/2 of my mug at work. Things happen and I get called away from my desk so I never really consume a second mug-full at work. (Sigh.)
I discovered Wednesday evening that I had accidentally been brewing decaf at the cottage. Tisk - tisk! I wondered why on Monday (Tuesday and Wednesday) morning left me feeling nearly sluggish. I was missing my caffeine-fix. 'Tis sad but true.
I offered up a prayer of thanksgiving because I thought I was coming down with a cold...or WORSE -- maybe mono. Nope. This was not the case. In this situation - I was just accidentally drinking un-caffeinated coffee.
Which did you know - Fair Trade makes a nice decaf coffee that is not put through a chemical decaffeination process. They use a natural process.
