Ornament Exchange

* Homemade peppermint chocolate brownie concoction that the master baker warned, "Angie, these contain gluten.  Sorry."  * Homemade guacamole & blue corn chips (safe for the author of this blog) * snowman cupcakes * Christmas punch * Hot coffee and peppermint coffee creamer * Veggie tray * No-Bake Peanut Butter Cocoa Oatmeal Cookies (say it 5 times fast, I double-dog dare you!) * and sweet friends...

Add in the mixture an ornament exchange and you have the makings of a fabulous Monday evening.

It's so weird to me that it's 60 degrees out and we just had our Christmas ornament exchange.  I remember a couple years ago, the roads were iced-over and several of us dared not to even go out.

My ornament contribution was the fabulous hippo - from a few posts ago.  She was won by my friend Stephanie.  :) 

The ornament I selected has a vintage-looking lady holding a coffee cup and it reads, "Behind every successful woman is massive amounts of coffee." 

Isn't it funny that out of all the ornaments, I selected the coffee one...  :)
