Today one of my favorite co-workers meandered into my cubicle and took note of my container of peanut butter. We discussed giving up chocolate in lieu of peanut butter. I would even give up dark chocolate!!! For real!
All this talk of peanut butter got me thinking....I should make a peanut butter pie for my co-workers!!! A quick perusal of All Recipes website and I found the perfect pie recipe!!! It's no-bake and it seems super easy!
I intend to make 2 pies for my co-workers and a bowl of pie filling to be used to smother gluten-free chocolate cookies. Who doesn't love peanut butter pie filling???
