Patty and I ventured to Janesville. Our first stop....Mocha Moments. It's a quaint, backwoods-feeling coffeeshop. The cabin decor -including a lovely fireplace and old-fashioned coffeebean roaster - is reminiscent of a simpler, less frazzled time. It's a place where friends can gather and chat and laugh and even play a rousing game of checkers. NOTE: If playing checkers remember - it's just a game and not everyone in the coffeeshop wants to hear your sudden outbursts. (LOL!!!)
The patio (yes - there is a huge patio) overlooks a woodsy park setting. Friends (ie squirrels and woodpeckers) scampered across the railing and occasionally stopped and peered inside at us.
Patty and I both agreed that this coffeeshop is going on our list of favorite places in Janesville.
