Circa 2 p.m. today - I had the phone call of the week and SERIOUSLY - it's only Monday.

This guy called in and informed me that he had just purchased some property and he found a manhole in his backyard. He wanted to know the history of the sewer pipes - blah-blah-blah. I looked up the info for him and then he proceeded to tell me that he was probably going to remove the manhole cover and climb down in. (Not even kidding.)

Me: "Sir, I don't think that's a good idea. You are not a Ninja Turtle."

I love working with the public. 

After receiving this phone call, I determined it would be swell if my caller i.d. would put the label:  "CRAZY" infront of the caller number.  You know - kind of a heads-up as to what I will be dealing with on the other end of the line.
