Well....THAT explains a lot....

For the past week, I have been completely ravenous.  And by "ravenous" I mean, eating practically everything in sight.

I am a foodie so there's no surprise as to my love OF food.  What has surprised me {during this week of eating everything and anything} has been the QUANTITY!!!

Thank the Lord that I go to the gym because without working-out, I am fairly certain that weight-gain would be inevitable.

Sooo what is the cause of this out-of-control eating???  The vitamin Biotin.  I did some research on it before upping my intake.  Obviously I did not do ENOUGH research.  Yes, it's good for your hair and nails but it messes with your metabolism.

Well...no more of that nonsensical nonsense.  I am returning to my first dose of 1,000 mg.  And hopefully my appetite will return to its normal-self soon...
