When Rhonda and I get together and thrift, funny things happen....
1. After viewing a cart (similar to the ones used at the library to re-shelf books) full of MASH VS tapes...I said to Rhonda, "If there were cute guys at the check-out, I would totally double dare you to roll this cart up there and act like you were going to buy all of these."
2. Neon jelly shoes and matching slacks
3. My skirt confession. "Do NOT let me leave this thrift or any other thrift with any summery skirts." Rhonda replied, "We all have little secrets, Angie. Your secret is a summery skirt obsession which is clearly fabulous!!!"
4. "Do you think this will fit?" she asked. I replied, "If you get stuck, holler. I will help you out of it cause (begins singing) 'that's what friends are for...'"
5. Buying books and then asking, "How many books have I bought tonight?" Too which I replied, "Five at the Mission thrift but one is for your mom so that doesn't count..."
6. Asking "Would you still be my friend if I wore this?"
