Summer Joy's Oven-roasted Veggie Recipe




Preheat oven:  350˚

Ingredients:
Olive Oil
Balsamic vinaigrette
Beets
Sweet Potatoes
Cauliflower
Carrots
Sea Salt


Directions:
1. Line a 9x13-inch pan with parchment oil and olive oil.
2. Cut into quarters and/or halves veggies.
3. Place veggies in a single layer on parchment paper.
4. Cover with a dash of olive oil, balsamic vinaigrette and sea salt.
5. Bake for approximately 90 minutes.
