Pet Peeves

I’m going to title this Current Pet Peeves.  I do not have many.

1. Being questioned as to why I, the secretary, need pertinent contact information.  Another receptionist asked me just today, “And are you sure that’s the person you should be contacting?”  My reply, “Well, he did sign the letter.”  The other receptionist asked me again, “But are you sure?”  No.  Actually put me through to Neil Armstrong!  Duh!  Am I sure?  My response was sweet, “Yes, I am sure.”
2. People who do not accelerate when they go to merge on to I-90.  I know I discussed this in another day’s post…but for real – HIT THE GAS!!!!
