Day #7: What is your favorite memory?

I have a couple very special memories and since it's my blog, I'm going to blog about each one.

1. Childhood memories with my Grandma Anderson and Grandma Yeates.  For several years, both of my grandmas lived in the same apartment building just 4 miles from my house.  In the summer months, my brother and I would ride our bikes to see them.  I learned...
a. how to play the penny card game
b. how to pick fresh produce at Glei's Orchard
c. that I do not like pickled beets
d. how to properly use a garbage disposal

2.  Afternoon coffee dates with my coffee peeps.  These involved the Starbucks patio, iced coffee, and hours of laughter and chit-chat.  I cherish those coffee memories...whether held at Gloria's house with her sweet kiddos or on the patio at Starbucks or at Meg's Daily Grind.  We have all sort of moved away and moved on...  I miss those coffee peeps.

3. College graduation.  Slicker, Mandy, and Tanya took vacation time to come hang-out at the beach with me and my family.

4. Summer of 2016 - FUN MEMORIES WITH LEAH AND UHURA:

a. Chicago with Pastor, Roxanne, Leah, and Uhura.  We rode the Ferris wheel at Navy Pier.
b. Superhero movie night(s)
c. Sushi!

5. Mackinaw with Bryan in circa 2007.  We managed to dodge an early October snow storm, visited Mackinaw Island, laughed and laughed.
