Age

Earlier this week at work, we received a statement of account. It showed an outstanding invoice.  On the far right hand side was "Age:  53."

For several minutes (yes, minutes not seconds) I wracked my brain trying to figure out why they would have put the attorney's age. 

And then it hit me.  Age was the age of the invoice.  Thankfully it hit me before I voiced my initial thoughts outloud to my boss. 

Age.  Goodness.  Not HIS age but the age of the invoice.
