Angie expects

The problem is when you work hard, pay attention to detail and expect others to pull their own weight, it narrows the field. It makes non-participating people lash-out and point out your flaws. They feel a need to say things like, "Angie expects perfection."  Angie does not.   Angie expects you to do your best and when there is an error, Angie is not going to fix your error. Angie is going to return it to you for fixing because...hmmmmm...we are adults and your backspace button works too.

Also said, "I can't work with Angie."  Correction:  You don't want to work.   Angie is just your scapegoat.

Also said, "Angie gets special favors."  Angie actually gets more work added to her plate and last time Angie checked more work was not listed under "Synonyms for favors."
