Rubber stamp pad dye re-inkers + water + a nonporous surface

If you mix drops of rubber stamp pad dye reinkers and water on a nonporous surface, you can make the coolest background. 

My friend Nancy and I spent a rainy Labor Day laughing and making fun background paper.  It was delightful.
