Denial

As I bid farewell to September and HELLOOOOO to October, my denial has come to an end.  In eleven days I will say farewell to friends who are more like family and less like friends.  Trudy has gone from a fellow co-teacher to a friend to a confidante to a prayer warrior, a fellow winter chai-drinking survivor. 

My heart is so happy that the Andersons are moving somewhere more mild.  And at the same time my heart grieves because the pain of her leaving is going to hurt for awhile.

This is the year my T friends move. Tiffany and family have mostly moved to Michigan. 

I don't understand why both have to move at the same time but God knows and I am so very thankful for technology and for their iron-sharpening friendships.
