Most evenings, I do not turn on my television. Infact tonight is one of those nights...it's weird because Thursday nights - I usually watch The Office but I know in the month of May, most television programming is in "sweeps" -- basically that means that they are airing repeat episodes. I cannot remember the official definition but I do remember from Tanya and Mandy (two broadcasting majors at good ol' PCC) -- sweeps happen in May and most of the summer. It's kind of nice that they take the summer off...that way, when it's nice outside, you are not tempted to be inside. Or if you are like me, you are not tempted to have unnecessary background noise.
Now don't get me wrong - there are some times when I like having a movie playing or music on...but most weeknights this is not the case. I like to read.
So there you have it - Fun Fact #19 -- Angie Good likes peace and quiet in the evenings especially when she's had a hectic day at work.
