20 Holiday Fun Facts about the girl with curly hair...

1.   I love white lights.
2.   Cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves are my favorite Christmas scents.
3.   I prefer to wrap presents...however I've gotten lazy and bought gift bags.
4.   HOMEMADE GIFTS are my favorite to give and receive.
5.   I love to bake at Christmastime.
6.   Josh Groban's CD, Noel, is among my Top 5 Christmas CD Faves.
7.   My Pandora account is set to play ALL CHRISTMAS, ALL THE TIME!
8.   I do not like inflatable Christmas decorations.
9.   Blue lights make me feel morose.
10. Trudy's Christmas Carol-Sing-Along is one event I do my best not to miss out on.
11. I still wish Santa would still fill my stocking.  Opening up those random, little treasures is something I remember from my youth.  I miss having my stocking filled with Angie-ish items. 
12. I allow myself more cups of coffee during the month of December...oh and don't forget the Peppermint Mocha coffee creamer.
13. Philosophy's Peppermint Bark lip gloss is soooo holiday-ish and fabulous...it's like smearing a Starbuck's Peppermint Mocha on my lips -- AND it's none of the calories!!!
14. I am a traditional Christmas (green and red) decorator...although in my head, I'd love to have a pink and lime green girly Christmas tree. 
15. I love that Santa is fat and jolly with rosy cheeks.
16. My favorite Christmas present from my youth -- Crayola's 64 crayons.  A new box EVERY year...(sigh)...I love the smell of new crayons. 
17. I love to sing Christmas carols while driving in the car.
18. I would love to go on horse-drawn sleigh ride...of course, it hasn't snowed in Northern Illinois...so perhaps I will have to wait until after Christmas.  I'd like to just insert this thought here -- The Farmer's Almanac said that our area is going to have a very snowy winter.  Ummmm...my concern is...since it's December 13th and we have NOT had any substantial snowfall...are we going to get giant snows in January and February?  Or was the Almanac wrong?  I cannot envision a "balmy" winter...but REALLY -- WHERE IS THE SNOW????
19. The week of Christmas, I leave my Christmas tree lights on every night and drift off to a happy holiday slumber.
20. I love decorating sugar cookies...frosting, sprinkles, colored sugar, etc.  It reminds me of my childhood.  Somewhere there is a picture of Bry and I frosting cookies.  In that photograph, I am wearing fabulous Holly Hobby pajamas that my mother made for me.  They had a ruffle and were very girly.  I wonder where that photo is at...hmmmmmm...
