Woodman's and Logli/Schnuck's only carry seedless watermelons. How in the world are we going to make paper plate watermelons without seeds? What if the next generation totally misses out of watermelon seeds? Sure, watermelon seeds are a bit silly but they are part of the watermelon. Seriously! Don't take away my childhood!!! Stop genetically modifying our foods!!! Leave the seeds!!! Free Willy!!!
Since I am not feeling up to consuming five or six watermelons TONIGHT, I decided to try to find a paper punch the create faux seeds. The Lord lead me to Michael's where I purchased a petal paper punch. The smaller of the petals looks watermelon seed-ish!!! What a blessing to find exactly what I needed at my first craft store stop!!!
