Happy New Year!!! 

New Year's Eve...I enlisted the help of my wonderful brother.  I cut the 5 inch strips around the perimeter of the fleece blankets...and Bryan tied the knots.  We completed the blanket pictured above and then Bryan SOMEHOW found his way to the living room where he watched Elf while I worked on the remainder of the fleece blankets. 

Four blankets made and wrapped in cellophane. 

I have one last project to complete before the Going Away extravaganza to be held next Sunday.  The last project is a knitted gift.  The beauty of knitting for someone else is that with each stitch, I am afforded an opportunity to pray for the receiver of the gift.  It's wonderful.  Knitting is me giving you a piece of my heart.
