What I did on Sunday afternoon...

On Sunday, I spent a majority of the afternoon working on sample cards for our Stamping Extravaganza which will be held on the 26th of this month.

I went to Hobby Lobby and the Stampibilities stuff was 40% - which was a huge blessing.  I found some encouraging verse stamps...

The beauty of the card pictured above is --
it's one stamp and some background paper.
I used a small piece of sponge to add some color
around the border of the verse.  Tada!

I like this stamp a lot.  The pumpkin stamp
was a gift from my stamping friend Nancy.
I don't believe I have ever used it.

Proverbs 3:5...what a great reminder - Trust in the Lord
with ALL thine heart...not just a smidge bit of
our heart...but it says "ALL!"

Ezzie donated the background stamp for the above pictured card.  I like the floral background with the striped paper.  It was a nice contrast.

This 4-year old's quote speaks volumes.
I like it with the "Laugh outloud" background stamp.

Awww...thinking of who?  Thinking of YOU!

I stamped "Congratulations" on the inside.

And lastly...a couple of notes of gratitude.

I love being crafty.  :)
