I'm the kind of girl that needs to re-read books that have changed my life. Infact because I want to keep track of the books that have changed my life, I set up a virtual bookshelf in my Goodreads feed that is called "Books that have changed my life." It's not original but it fits. :) I, also, have a real-live bookshelf (technically it's not real and it's not A-live) with hard copies of books that have changed my life. You know what -- I think I have two shelves of these books. Hmmmmm...I am trying to remember...one or two? Maybe it's 1.5 shelves. At any rate - I have atleast one virtual shelf and one real shelf o'books.
I would hope you would know that...obviously the most important of those books is the Bible.
Another book on the shelf is Lysa TerKeurst's book, Unglued. My current reading material. I'm hoping to be able to pack this book in my beach bag and head off to Lake Geneva if spring ever arrives.
Speaking of Lake Geneva...I just realized (just as in yesterday) that it's been a year since I've taken a vacation. A YEAR. 52 WEEKS! 365 DAYS! Wow-zahs!!! It's too long to go without an extended period time away from ones place of employment.
Due to the tension at my place of employment, I've decided when the temperature reaches 75, I (Angela Dawn Good) am going to take a 4- or 5- or 7-day vacation... I'm leaving my options open. :) I'd like to take mini-day trips...Lake Geneva, Galena, Chicago to Vogue's multi-leveled store...where I am sure I will only browse/peruse bolt upon bolt of fabric and patterns...can you imagine the amount of patterns AT Vogue? (Blissful sigh.)
