Sewing class #9...which may very well be sewing class #8... :)

Because of the many cancelled sewing class, we were unable to determine what week we really were on.  It's either 8 or 9 of 10.  If it's only week 8...hip hip hooray!!! An "extra" week of sewing class!!!  And if it's really week 9 -- that's ok too.  I've learned how to sew skirts, knit tops, & infinity scarves.  And let's not forget that I've also learned to never ever, ever, ever, ever sew chiffon.  (Insert nervous laughter!)

Tonight I made two infinity scarves...and I, also, learned what I did wrong the first time.  You know - the time when the infinity scarf resembled an arm floatie that you would put on a small child.  (Sigh.)  I sewed up the seam that is supposed to remain open until you flip the seam around and hand stitch it closed.  It was an ah-ha moment.  And I'm pretty sure my teacher thinks I am crrrrr-azy.  Yes, with a capital "CR!"

Two scarves made!  One is black and white stripes and the other is the same raspberry color that I used to make the expanda-top.  Good memories.  :)
