It's kinda chilly today which has put me in the mood for chunky applesauce. (Sigh.)
This morning I went to Logli and nearly had a coronary when I priced apples. Not wanting to drive across town to Woodmans, I forked-over the cash. I know that a crockpot full of applesauce will make it worth every penny so I shalln't complain. I am thankful for the truck drivers that transported the apples from the Great Northwest all the way to Rockford, Illinois.
The apples have been cored and peeled. (Have I mentioned how much I LOVE my Pampered Chef apple corer and stand???)
The crockpot is set on low.
And now I wait.....
