After a quick Google search, I discovered that this nail polish color is discontinued. What's even sadder than the fact it's dead to OPI is that it's been discontinued since 2008. SERIOUSLY -----> 5 years??? Where have I been? In my defense, I recall getting 2 bottles of this most beloved color for a birthday and I used up the first one and now I am rationing out the second. I will be rationing it even more now that I know it's gone.
How could OPI discontinue a color that I love?
It's the same thing with lip gloss/lipstick. You find a color you love and you wear it for years and then one day, you walk into Ulta to buy a replacement and the clerk says they stopped carrying that color years ago. And I am standing there thinking, What year is it now???? All the while knowing that it's 2013. Helloooo!!!
Hong Kong Sunrise, I will miss you. I'm hoping OPI has an equally wonderful color that I can cover my toenails and fingernails with...(sniffle).
