Dishwasher Detergent

Sooooooooooo I love trying fun ideas from Pinterest.  Today I bought all the ingredients to make my own dishwasher detergent.  Here's the recipe....

Ingredients:
4 cups Borax
4 cups Washing Soda (It's like baking soda but it's called "washing soda.")
2 cups Citric Acid (found near the canning items)
2 cups Salt (I used kosher salt.)

Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients and store in an airtight container.
2. Use 1 tablespoon per load as needed.
3. For an extra boost, add a few drops (DROPS!!!) of dishwashing liquid soap to the powder bottom closing the soap container in the dishwasher.
4. You can also add white vinegar as the rinse agent.
