Cumin...

Today when I was making homemade  (yes, from scratch) pizza crust, I noticed that I have a ridiculous amount of cumin.  Six bottles...one of which was totally outdated. 

Six bottles....how does even happen?  All I can figure is that this winter when I felt like making chili, I got all panicky at Woodman's while grocery shopping and picked up extra cumin.

Typically I am not this spice paranoid.  This is something new...and I hope not a new trend for yours truly.
