It's a bit humid... Day #4

I'm not a fan of humidity...and sadly neither is my curly hair.  I actually do not mind high temps as long as there's low humidity.  

Infact my AC has been running non-stop since the "Excessive Heat Warning" went in to effect on Thursday, July 21, 2016.

I'm not a fan of running my AC.  I actually do not mind summer.  I do NOT, however, like / enjoy / tolerate humidity...nor do my curls.  

I need a t-shirt that says "Sorry about my hair."  There's really nothing that you can do...aside from put some high end moisturizing treatment on your curls, say a little prayer, and apologize for what happens.  Sometimes bad things happen to good curls.

The beauty of this heat and humidity is that in less than 6 months we could be faced with cold temps and snow.  There's what my mother would call a "REALITY CHECK."  You're welcome, universe.  Six months and it will be winter.  I sure do hope my friend Lori skims this blog post because I imagine when she read the word "Winter" that she began weeping and wailing.  Do not gnash your teeth, Lori.  It's not good.  Dr. J would say so.  Do not do it!!!

Soooo back to the heat and humidity...yes, it's day 4 of this suck-the-breath-out-of-you-when-you-walk-out-the-door weather but remember....Fall is next.  :)
