In my youth I played summer softball. I learned many valuable life lessons on that team.
1. If you are part of the team, you suit-up, show-up and participate.
2. If you do not want to be on the team anymore, you are free to quit.
3. It's not a good idea to pretend to be on the team. You may think you have everyone else fooled but you don't.
4. If you have a stellar game tactic or good information, don't keep it to yourself. Share it with the team.
These team lessons also transfer to the workplace.
Suit-up, show-up and PARTICIPATE!!!!!!!!!
