Softball

In my youth I played summer softball.  I learned many valuable life lessons on that team.

1. If you are part of the team, you suit-up, show-up and participate.

2. If you do not want to be on the team anymore, you are free to quit.

3. It's not a good idea to pretend to be on the team.  You may think you have everyone else fooled but you don't.

4. If you have a stellar game tactic or good information, don't keep it to yourself.  Share it with the team.

These team lessons also transfer to the workplace.

Suit-up, show-up and PARTICIPATE!!!!!!!!!
