Blizzard: Part 3

Sooo I did not get the message last night at 9:37 that work had been called off for today until this morning at 5:55 when I noticed that cute, little, red light blinking on my cell phone.  Needless to say - I decided to stay up and not crawl back under my flannel sheets.  It's a proven fact that you will feel better if you just stay up (that is proven by me...and I think others too).

After making 1/2 a pot of coffee, I decided to get motivated to get some things done.

1. Do a load of laundry.
2. Sweep and mop the kitchen & bathroom.
3. Wash the dishes.
4. Clean off the kitchen counters.
5. Thoroughly clean the bathroom.
6. Removed everything in my silverware drawer and
washed the white tray that keeps my utensils separated!
7. Cleaned out another kitchen drawer that holds all my tea!

My next To Do item is to venture outside and take the trash out.  I'm taking my camera with me because I'd like a picture of the cottage blanketed in the white stuff....soooooo with my brown, faux fur boots and heavy winter coat, hat, gloves, and my 7' scarf -- I, Angela Good, am going to venture out into the blizzard, braving what some have called a snow emergency.  (Insert Super Hero music!)

If I am not back in 5 minutes, please call the authorities...  I do hope I am back in 5 minutes because I think it's high-time that I make myself a cup of hot chocolate.  I have some fabulous cocoa from Penzy's Spice store and I will try it out with almond milk and honey.  :)  Mmmmmmmm...
