On Monday, I broke our heavy duty stapler at work. This stapler actually has a 7 year limited warranty...please define "limited warranty," Swingline?
How did I break it? Some paper got jammed and when I was pulling the stapler apart, apparently I have some serious muscles -- because the top snapped off and it sent springs & other metal-ish objects flying through the air. It actually was a very surreal moment. I'm not the kind of girl who breaks apart office equipment...however now that I think about it -- I did manage to compromise the safety of two of our large printers the other day. Okay - one of them was not broken by me...I just happened to be in there when it started acting up -- so I got some serious grief for that! The second printer - yeah, I broke it. I broke it good. Oops...
Maybe tomorrow, being Friday and all, we can have a safe day at work. Who knows! :)
