Above-average drivers

I will not for the life of me ever understand why some drivers choose to take their lives in their own hands by not merging onto Bypass 20 going the speed limit. 

This morning, I almost witnessed an accident when the driver in front of me thought it was okay to slow down while entering the highway.  Really? 

I said to myself, "Sure -- go ahead and slow down.  Let's see what kind of giddy-up and go Miss Rosalita has..." 

I don't get mad at these cotton-headed ninnymuggin's...I just carefully go around them and then try to remain far away from them for the duration of my commute to work.  I mean -- will these same drivers change lanes without a turn signal?  Will they decrease speed rapidly to exit the highway?  One can never tell...
