I'm sort of obsessed with Dictionary.com's Word of the Day. I check their website every morning around 10-ish when I am feeling the need to mentally escape from my workload. When I say "mentally escape" - I am referring to taking a 15 second break from typing legal words that hurt my brain...oh - and once I even checked the Word of the Day while on the phone with a rambler. Is that terrible to admit outloud? I think not. But I thought I should probably check.
The Word of the Day gives you the fun word plus its definition(s) and then usually there are a couple of sample sentences. I like keeping track of how many times I use the word of the day in an 8 hour period.
If you're bored, go to http://www.dictionary.com/ and check out the word of the day.
