When think about all that I did in this 4-day span, I want to cry. Not that what I did was BAD...it was just...well...here's what went down...
The 9th - work and then supper and then church
The 10th - work and then go to the Delaney's house and hang-out with the 3 kiddos until 8ish. After that - run to Target for 2 emergency items.
The 11th - work and then stop at home for a 30 minute breather. Change my clothes and go to Bodwell's for supper. Laugh, eat, play Quiddler - leave after 10 p.m.
The 12th - up early to pick-up the thrifter and the non-thrifter sister to head to Janesville Goodwill. Stay at Goodwill until 12 'noon and then come back to Rockford. Drop them off and enjoy lunch at Beef A Roo (I love the fire station one. Plus it seemed silly to drive across town to be at home for 20 minutes before having to turn around and go to Nancy's.) Pick-up Nancy at 2 p.m. and head up to Madison, Wisconsin.
Yes, I drove from Rockford to Janesville. Janesville to Rockford. Rockford (thru Janesville) to Madison. Madison back to Rockford.
Needless to say by 7:30 p.m. I was thankful that Nancy was exhausted and wanted to head home. I almost cried due to sheer relief and the fact that my jammies were once again calling my name. :)
Again - my stress and tiredness was caused by ME saying yes to too many things.
