Zesty Potato Salad

Ingredients:
1 - 28 ouncebag of baby potatoes
2 cups raw green beans - cut in 2" pieces
1/2 cup chopped fresh basil

Dressing:
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 clove garlic, crushed

1.  Boil potatoes in salt water for 20 minutes.   Drain.  Do not peel.
2.  Cut potatoes in to bite-sized pieces.
3.  Place potatoes in bowl.  Add raw green beans.
4.  Make dressing and pout over potato-green bean mixture.
5.  Add basil and toss.
6.  Enjoy!!!!
